A natural process, Bourbon varietal, fair trade coffee sourced from the Finca Calera in El Salvador, where thye are grown between 1500-1700 meters elevation.
This is a delicious coffee, with notes of cherry, dark chocolate, and vanilla.
We roast this coffee lightly, to pull out the most flavor possible.
All of our coffees come fresh roasted as whole beans in 12 ounce (340 gram) bags. Make sure you have a grinder!
