A washed process, fair trade coffee sourced from various farms in South Kivu among the Great Lakes Region of Congo. These coffees are grown between 1400-2000 meters elevation.
We taste a variety of citrus notes and dark chocolate.
We roast this coffee somewhere between what you may consider light and a medium.
All of our coffees come fresh roasted as whole beans in 12 ounce (340 gram) bags. Make sure you have a grinder!
